This is my December 2013 ABFFE online auction submission: a watercolor sketch using no pencil under drawing.

The Lorax: "Hard Work Pays Off."

This watercolor sketch based on "The Lorax" by Dr. Seuss for the ABFFE auction on May 28, 2014 at Javits Center, NYC.   Scenario: The fruits of the Lorax's labor have paid off, he can relax. After trying to convince the Once-ler that his factory is ruining the land and the wild life all around is leaving, the factory has gone under in my follow up to the original story.

 There is hope: one Truffula Tree has grown, one Brown bar-ba-loot is back, and one Humming-fish is coming up for air.
